While You Were Sleeping

While you were sleeping, a cloud kissed the sky, a blade of grass quivered,  a satellite streaked by.

A bird fluffed his feathers, a wave washed ashore, an owls eyes hunted, a lovers eyes adored.

A breeze danced a treetop, a hand touched a hand, the moon hung and watched the universe expand.

A breeze tangled hair, sand licked bare feet, gulls cried so softly, fantasies meet.

A church bell rang gently, the crickets made music, jasmine wafted erotic, dreams were quite lucid.

Flesh pressed against flesh, fingers entwined, the night air whispered hush, and bliss filled a mind.
