This is all I got today

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

Courage to change the things I can,

And wisdom to know the difference.

Katydid: This is a constantly growing description of my journey as a bisexual bipolar individual as expressed in poetry. It is fantasy, reality, and distorted perception. It is meant to express the confusions and certainties of an ever changing understanding of my world and my place in it. I hope to be as honest here as I am not in reality. As I seek to define myself come with me, and share these moments. Perhaps you will discover yourself in places, perhaps you will find an understanding of the other people around you. But above all, perhaps you will find hope in learning you are not alone. That you are valid, valued, and important just as you are.
